Attachment on Global Blanket Agreements

PO Header Attachments on Blanket Agreements get cascaded on Blanket Releases created against the BPA and are also printed on the PO Output for Communication report.
Do PO Header Attachments on Global BPA get cascaded to the Standard POs created against it? Are these attachments also printed on the PO report?
