Transportation 9.0 - Added a zone to an existing rate schedule but routing the shipment gives an err

  I have added a zone to an existing schedule (P4970).  This schedule is currently being used for over 200 zones.  I increased the Lookup Two by one and added the Rate Detail Information P4972.  I then went to rates (P4972) and added the rate for that location.  I then went to routing entries P4950 and tagged this zone to the rate schedule.  In 8.10 I only needed to add the ZON (zone), FRSC (outbound rate schedule),  CARS (carrier number). CTR (country) & the EFTJ (effective date) and EXTJ (expiration date) would default in along with the rest of the fields.  I have done the
