Grid control agent Installation issue

 I am trying to install agent but not able to launch installer as it's giving me the following error
ERROR: /home/oracle/linux_x64/agent/install/response/emnoseed.rsp file dosenot exists.any suggestion

11gr1 grid control on linux 5
