Customer cannot select a date for a submittal package

We are using Contract Management 13 and when trying to either create or edit an existing Submittal, we can open the submittal document and then select the Review Cycle tab.  When we try to click on the calendar to select a date, the month and year appear however the dates are not appearing, UNDEFINED is appearing instead.
