PO Entry Form - Add Change History under Tools?

 I have a PO Approver who would like a quicker way to access the the Supplier Change Request History (found with function Purchase Order Revision History in Purchase Order Summary)... ideally it would be under Tools in PO Entry.  Does anyone know how to get this added under Tools of POXPOEPO?
