Not able to use ACS to publish to Weblogic JMS remote queues

in Agile (MOSC) Question
 Hi,

I am try to publish change order to Weblogic's JMS queue located on a different server and the transfer order are getting stuck with state as "released".

Not able to proceed forward.

However I am able to publish it to local JMS queues.

Also tested successfully the destination configuration in ACS I am using.

Can some one point out if I am missing something with the configuration.
