Moving Data from test to production

All, 

We have recently tightened up our security on our prodcution databases preventing our developers from updating tables directly.  I am looking for an easy means to move changes to data made in test over to production.  As of right now I would probaly back up the table(s) in question and restore them to production.  Looking for other ideas suggestions.  Thanks
