Controlling WEBADI access to specific spreadsheets

I searched all within metalink, technet and there is no reference on how to do it this, not even in the GL User's guide

so I am trying this way to find something like it.

so my question is basically End-user wants to constraint access to budget upload via WEBADI for just two users

the spreadsheet has been there for 3 years, but they realised that it is exposed to all users. They want to constrain access to few

users. If someone has faced the same thing, if they can refer me any article, white paper or DocId from Oracle
