SOX related issue: Some tables lack the standard audit fields. Any plans to change this in future up

I realize this is on the technical side of things, but I thought I would start here. There are tables in JDE which don't have the standard audit fields filled in: UPMJ, USER, PID, etc. The one that came to light today is the F0030 file: Bank Transit Number Master File. Someone needs to be able to update this - we can't lock everybody out. If these audit fields existed in the file we could at least do reporting on who is changing this file. Do you know if there are any plans in the future to include the audit fields on other files - specifically on the F0030?
