System Requirements & Supported Platforms for 8.2

 I am looking for the SR&SP for Siebel 8.2.
I have Siebel 8.2 downloaded for Windows, and bookshelf simply says the following:

"Access to Oracle's Siebel  System Requirements and Supported Platforms  (SR&SP) document, Version 8.2, is restricted to customers installing Siebel 8.2. The article reference  1061867.1 (Doc ID)  is on My Oracle Support."

However, that Doc ID does not seem to exist on My Oracle Support. 

Can someone please tell me where to get the official SR&SP for Siebel 8.2?
