Migrate Oracle DB 8.05 Windows NT 4.0 to Oracle DB 10G R2 on linux : compatibility with oracle form

i need help please , with some questions I have, this is my stage in the company:

I have been asked to perform this migration, but my question is:

1 .- if you can do manual migration from oracle 8.05 windows to oracle 10g r2 linux (file type OS ?¿):

  migration manual
  oracle 8.05 server windows: create pfile, edit parameters, ... ,  copy files bd to oracle 10g r2 linux
  oracle 10g r2 server linux : edit parameters, pfile, etc ... ; Startup upgrade, catupgrd, catulrp ....
