Capacity Planning

 Dear Mates,

I wanted to look at awr data and do capacity planning. I have 31 days retention period for awr and got the script from below url

Manual querying AWR for trend analysis and capacity planning [ID 422414.1]

But i am not able to understand how to get how much space utilized for last 31 days. 

I wanted to understand these metrics. Can anyone explain me any one metrics and how it will be calculated average and total for a month.
