Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error "unable to access jarfile lib\dbmt.jar" when installing P6

Error occurs when trying to do a standalone install of P6 OR when trying to create a PM/MM database with dbsetup.bat.
