Item is not displaying in Price Lists Form in Order Management

Hi Everyone,

I created an item, assigned to Inv Org and did setup for Item Validation Org in OM.

Now the Item is not showing while adding to Price list in Product Value field.

Item Attributes:

<Inventory tab>
Inventory Item, Stockable, Transactable, Reservable
<Order Management tab>
Customer Ordered, Customer Orders Enabled, Shippable, OE Transactable
