default listener from not being started

Hi,

As you are aware that when we run " pbo lsnrctl start", it will start default listener .  As we do not use default listener, we would  like to know as how we can have default listener from not being started when we run " pbo lsnrctl start" command by mistake.

Much appreciated if you can help me out.
