P6.2 Project Manager Software - Calculating multiple calendars in Resource Usage Profile

I am trying to calculate multiple calendars for different resource to calculate FTE in resource usage profile. The FTE calculation is based Calculated Averages & Divide Interval Totals By module in Resource Usage Profile options. I am unable to set unique interval totals for individual resources. Is there anything I can do to represent two different calendars in resource usage profile to get a consolidated accurate resource usage histogram?
