Canadian Tax - Rounding Issue

 We are testing Canadian tax using the standard Oracle setups and ran into a rounding issue.

Sample:  We set up GST & PST both @ 5% for a specific province.

When we interfaced it to AR, it gave me a tax amount of:

GST - $1,645.51

PST - $1,645.49

Off by 2 cents.  It's happening on every invoice. 

Anyone else run into this issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
