Logical SQL apply hung - I am stumped

 Hi gurus,

I have a logical standby that all of a sudden has stopped SQL apply since 6:34 last night.  No errors in any of the drc*.logs, alert*.logs, I have run the dg_lsby_diag.sql so many times and it states it is happy.  When I check the v$logstdby_process view and v$logstdby_progress view it is like it is in a state of hibernation.  I have never seen this.

Does anyone have a clue or have seen this?  If I do not find anything, I will most likely just rebuild it tonight.
