Is anybody using Competency Management?

 I am in the process of implementing competency management and my question is this - If I have the curiculum from a college that I add into the system for training such as Accounting Class 2201 and Accounting Class 2203, etc. and I want to add them to a resource compentency (employee), I indicate my competency type of 001 for training, can I add all accounting classes taken under Competency Code ACCTG or do I have to have a competency code for each training class, otherwise I can't indicate the appropriate competency level?  What I would like to do is add
