Large Page (Windows 2008)

Hi all
How to use Large Page on Windows 2008 with 32GB Memory?
Should Large page size be the same as the request size?

What I did:
Enable large page in the registery
Set LPSIZE to 64

the instance startup takes about 30 minutes!!!

Longer Database Startup times when large pages are enabled on 64-bit Windows 2003 [ID 862690.1]
Microsoft has indicated that this problem is resolved in Windows 2008 and Windows Vista.
I am using Windows 2008 but the problem still exist's.
