Encryption or crypto-checksumming parameters incompatible

 Hi

   I am facing one strange problem.  While trying to connect from  windows where 8.1.7.0 server is running I am getting the below error.

ORA-12660: Encryption or crypto-checksumming parameters incompatible

while trying to connect to 10.2.0.3 I am getting above error and no error while connecting to 8.1.7.4.0 database.  But the same is happening from another server where oracle 8.1.7.0 client was installed.  All are windows machines.  Is there any thing we need to check at sqlnet.ora
