Grid console monitonig services sends wrong notification that OC4J instance is down.

 Hi,  we have grid control monitoring services 10.2.0.4 configured, 10.1.2.3 is our OAS configuration, very often we are sent messages from grid(they are configured to send messages when services are down on any servers) that OC4J instances are down, server is down, when we check on the servers everything looks stable, could anyone help me regarding how to stop this false alerts generated by grid control monitoring, we get false alerts for the all servers.
