Is there any way to create fixed 12 month report in FSG?

  Is there any way in FSG to create a fixed 12 month report starting in July (our period 1) and ending in June (our period 12) and requesting any period you want it to stop populating the month in the report without it rolling back? (we use offsets in our 12 month report which rolls back the way it should)

For example, the user wants a report that always has the following 12 periods: The user wants the ability to request any period but still have the same 12 periods below show on the report (no rolling back), like now we're posting in June, but she only wants to populate the report up to May and wants June to have zeros because posting in June is not yet complete. Is there any way to do this in FSG? (we have E-Business GL 11i)
