Serive Request Number Sequence
Hi All,
I have a very basic question regarding service request sequence.
Currently in TeleService we are following 11digit sequence starting with 11XXXXXXXXX. As part of integration requirement we need to pull Service Request data from legacy case management system & maintain the same case numbers.
If we plan to use the same sequence as TeleService & bump up the sequence on legacy system to 11digit number starting with 55XXXXXXXXX.
Is this possible to do the same or will it cause any issue on TeleService?
