Is there a way for Internal Requisitions released out of ASCP to pull the price from a Price List?

 Is there a way for Internal Requisitions released out of ASCP to pull the price from a Price List?  Manual Internal Requistions created within EBS pull the price from the Price List just fine, the issue is with Internal Requistions released out of ASCP.  The price put on the Internal Requisition created from ASCP is the List Price on the item.  We would like Internal Reqs from ASCP to function the same as manual Internal Reqs in EBS.
