No record imported to AR - Workflow Background Process

Hi Everyone,

I have created an sales order and the shipping status is now Interfaced (Next Action: No Action). Ran Workflow Background Process and checked RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL table and it seems there are no record created. How do I check the same?

I checked the activity status of workflow and it shows as  Deferred and Wait.

Please suggest me what is the next action to be taken.
