Need your inputs regarding CopyOrder Signal

  Hello Experts,

 

I am currently working on SR [CopyOrder Signal - unable to exclude deep copy of Order Item XA]. I need your time and help regarding this issue.

 

Customer would like to exclude copying attributes while doing copyorder. Customer would like to copy line items and not its attributes upon selecting copy order.

 

I tried disabling datamaps CopyOrder data map:

 

-           Set Order Item XA (Deep) BC to Inactive

-           Set Order Item XA (Deep) fields to inactive

 

I get the below error:

 

[1] An error has occurred writing to a record.

 

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists. (SBL-DBC-00111).
