Only host is visible (db instance is missing?!)

11g Database mounted (standby), Installed 10g EM agent.
I see the host, but doesn't see the database base instance, which is running on this host.
I only see the listeners...

emctl status agent --> looks fine....

any ideas how to fix this problem??
