Expenditure types Notes

When  entering Expenditure classification and expenditure category and revenenue category and save it displayed notes "  APP-PA-19947 : These expenditure types existing which are not assoicated with a expenditure type class. These expenditure types will not accessible during expenditure entry"

Any project experts comment why it displayed this?
