Expense Dates for Discoverer Report
Good day. I have created a Discoverer report to pull in some of the data from our employees expense reports (ie- Dinner expense, $34). Right now I am using the Expense Reports folder under the Accounts Payable list. However, I am trying to see if I can pull in the actual dates of the expense from the employees expense reports themselves (ie- Dinner expense, $34, 5/31/10) since this date (from cash expenses) data is not carried over into the Payables system.
Can anyone tell me what list/folder I can pull this information from? I don't see an iExpenses (or Internet Expenses) list and the dates of the individual expenses do not import into Payables from the expense reports.
