Printing Legal & Landscape – Upgrade E1 8.10 to 9.0

Reports are working in 8.10 but same setting in 9.0 is not working as expected.

In 8.10 they automatically print on legal size paper. In 9.0 I have to go to the printer and it's asking me to load legal paper in the tray that has letter size paper or change the tray it should go to.

In Report design under "Print Setup" we have defined

Printer name: None

Paper size: *JDECustom

Width: 14.00 and Height: 8.5

Orientation is greyed out

 

I have also changed the settings  to :

Paper size : Legal

Orientation: Landscape

and still experience the same problem
