Recovery DB for a redo log file error

Oracle Exports,

My 11g r1 DB could not startup.

After successful database mount, then 'alter database open', I got,

Error at line 1:

ORA-16038: log 3 sequence# 537 countnot be archived

ORA-19809: limit exceeded for recorvery files

ORA-00312: onlone log 3 thread 1: 'ORACLE_HOME\...\REDO03.log'

Please help me. I need bypass the issue without worrying about data loss.
