Struggling with aging hold

Some of our businesses are using credit limit and aging hold in E1 8.12 to automatically put orders on credit hold at order entry.

While this works well for those orders due to ship immediately, we have some issues with orders with long lead times.

Credit Checking Doc ID: 625508.1 states that aging hold criteria “can be set up that causes a customer’s orders to go on hold based on how old the receivables are and what percentage of receivables are allowed to be that old.”  However, we discovered after we went live that E1 8.12 also looks at the requested date on the order when determining the age of the order.

Howdy, Stranger!
