ASAP- Change in spawn and kill threshold requires SARM restart?

Hi,

Does a change in the Spawn threshold and Kill threshold parameters of a network element in ASAP require SARM or the relevant NEP to be restarted?Or does it take effect if we 'Refresh Service Model and NE Configuration' using asap_utils,option 116?

The ASAP version we operate on is 5.2.4 but planning to move to ASAP7 soon.

Does it change with ASAP upgrade from 5.2.4 to 7?
