Users - capacity planning

 Hi,
Currently we have almost 500 sessions in the database .. some times we get "unable to allocate memory" errors ( i think ORA-4030) when there are more sessions connected. How do I find out what could be the maximum number of sessions connected to the database as we may expect few users in couple of weeks.

So I need the way to find out => number of sessions Vs memory used / needed
