Regarding Accrual Flahg in Pricing adjustments

 Hi All,

            I want to know the significance of accrual flag which is present in the adjustments window under accruals flag. I see some data with accrual flay is 'Y' for discounts and some data with accrual flag is N for discounts. SO when this flag will be enabled? Any insight into this is very helphfull for us.
