Installation of Configuration Manager doesn´t work.

Hai,

i try to install the Configuration Manager.

I downloaded the software and extract it to my oracle_home.

Then i went to the directory by cmd and use following statement:

setupCCR [CSI[[my_oracle_user]]]

Then comes this and i make some inserts:

Configuration requires the following pieces(s) of information.
    My Oracle Support User Name: my_oracle_user
Invalid My Oracle Support credentials.

    Customer Support Identifier (CSI): CSI
    My Oracle Support User Name: my_oracle_user

** Installing base package **
Deploying core - Version 10.3.3.0.0
Error encountered in package deployment.
Check the contents of the deployment log - d:\oracle\product\102~1.0\db_1\ccr\h
