Configurator Owner definition issue

 Hi Folks,

We have Selected  First party legal entity for Tax definition, but we defened Tax regime at Operating unit level, while defining tax i am unable to view my Legal entity as Configurator owner.

Could some one help me in this process to resolve this issue.
