Change Logo on PeopleSoft Login Page

Hi,

 I am trying to change the LOGO on PeopleSoft login page. the logo is .gif file.

I have modified NEW_PS_LOGO.gif to include our Company logo. But when I load the PeopleSoft login page. the company logo displayed very dragged. How Do I control the logo display. are there any settings?

what is the Best practise to change the Company logo on the PeopleSoft login page.
