Working with developers.  Their requirements are to install 32 bit and 64 bit client 11gR2 on 64 bit Windows 2003 R2.

Installed 32 bit cleanly.  During 64 bit install, errored out with  "INS-20802".  I thought it was because I used a different Oracle Base, but haven't read anything to the contrary.  I thought it was okay to use the same Oracle_Base and Oracle_Path during installation. 

Would it help to uninstall 64 bit(installed on 2nd pass) reinstall using same Oracle_Base as 32 bit?  Not clear how to proceed now.
