upgrade of oracle management agent and management service.

   Hi,

we had(DBA's) a fresh install of oracle grid control  from 10.2.0.1.0(previously we had) to 10.2.0.5.0 , so we have new oms  and port, then we had oracle management agent upgrade on oracle application serve hosts, the OMS is not upgraded on oracle application servers(not sure if it is to be done), could anyone suggest how to proceed furthur, we have the agent home backup to revert back and start the things again. we are not sure about the approach.
