OPM STAT Transfer for Batch Certifications - In some cases the jv_quantity is getting doubled for pr

We are noticing that our Stats for sub_event_code = 'CERT' and account title 'INV' is getting doubled for some products.
Have any of you experienced a similar issue. If so how have you handled it. Do you know if there is a patch available to resolve the issue?
