Unassigned Deliveries

We are having issues with deliveries being unassigned from the delivery detail for no apparent reason. The delivery grouping attributes from the shipping parameters that are selected are: Ship From Location, Ship To Location, Customer, Freight Terms, and Ship Method. These attributes have not been changed from what I can (looking at audit history). The order line has had its price recalculated.

When I auto create a new delivery and compare it to the original deliver, they appear to be the same except for the delivery ID. Any ideas on what would be causing this. The original delivery had interfaced to OTM and could not be re-assigned to the delivery details.
