Developer Suite 10g R3 on Windows Vista Business

Hi guys, I've installed Oracle Developer Suite 10g (10.1.2.0) on my Windows Vista Business SP3 ITA.
I've upgraded Oracle Developer Suite 10g to R3.
Now I'm trying to open an fmb file compiled on Microsoft XP, but Oracle Forms crashes.

What can I check?
