Combining xer files and security

I'm on a very large project that has 8 schedulers. Eack scheduler is responsible for a seperate xer file. The project needs to become 1 xer. After I've combined the wbs for each xer file I still need to limit security to different sections of the now 1 schedule. Can I limit access by wbs sections and how?
