Upgrade from OSM 6.3.1 to OSM 7.0.1

   Hi,

On Upgrading to OSM 7.0.1 with Weblogic 10,3 customer code which picks up messages from OC4J AQ Topic is failing. It works with Weblogic 9.2 and OSM 6.3.1.
