PN:Mass Aprroval process

 We are getting a message during Mass Approval in our Canadian Org.  The functional currency is Canada dollars and payment currency is Canada dollars.  All but one property successfully approved scheduled for the schedule date of 01-Jun-10.

We are getting this error message and are unsure what it means?

The currency CAD has a conversion type of User, but no rate was specified for CAD.  Can someone tell me where to look in this property vs the properties that approved sucessfully?
