Running UBE Locally in 9.0

 We are in the process of upgrading from 8.10 fat client to 9.0 thin client.  We have a number of UBE's that we run locally to create a file and place it on our network.  With 9.0, we don't have the same capabilities to do this as in 8.10.

Does anyone know of a way to run a UBE locally on the thin client so we can accomplish the same result, i.e. create a file on our network?
