GL Journal Approval workflow

 Hi Guys,

Does anyone has implemented " GL Journal Approval workflow "  . I have a requirement where client want us to implement below things

1) Sent notification mail to Approver , when the journal is sent for approval

2)Sent notification mail to back to creator , once Journals are approved or rejected.

Can anyone please tell me how to acheive this ?

We are on 11.5.10
