Costing/Billing Extension available for 'Non Labor Resource' usages?

Hello All,

Need your help with the following: We are on 11.5.10, Family Pack M, RUP 4 version.

Can you pls let me know whether any billing extension available for the usage items in the similar way as available for Labor Billing (Labor Billing Extension)?

My requirement is to create a custom logic to derive the billing rates and amounts for 'Non Labour Resource' items usages in Project Billing.

In our custom logic, our usage item billing rates are not as per oracle std functionality. We need to pick billing rates from some other module and depending upon the usage of item, we need to calculate the billing amount.
